The Vrykul of Northrend

Created by the keeper Tyr and his fellow Titan-forged, the Vrykul were originally crafted as ideal mortal beings. When the Curse of Flesh transformed them into beings of flesh and blood, many sired the first humans. Today, the Vrykul who remain in Northrend cling to their ancient warrior culture, organized into clans loyal to the Lich King or to the dragon Thorim, depending on their region and beliefs.
